Group 2 Trampolining

Last Friday, group 2 of Mr Ward's class went trampolining. We did the same exercises as group 1 which included; Pike (you have your legs out straight) Straddle (you have your legs out like a Pizza slice) Tuck (you bring your legs up to your chest and hold them there then release them once your close to the ground) Straight jump (just jump with your body straight) and lastly The Swizzle hip (you do a bum drop then once your in the air you turn 90 degree then you land in a bumdrop) But not just those jumps you do many, many more.
